Ingui discusses her experience serving on boards and mentoring. She talks about the degree of responsibility for women to mentor others. It not only a great responsibility though it’s an opportunity. Ingui really enjoys mentoring other women in industry rewarding. She shares an anecdote on her experience as a mentee and how she believes finding mentors to be more organic for her.
Ingui says, “I would ask women not to think of themselves as a ‘women in marketing’ or ‘female in finance but think about all the skills and expertise you bring as an individual and as a leader and focus on those and bring those forward in your conversations.”
With regard to fostering creativity, Fidelity looks to innovate across the company and at all levels. They have started innovation challenges, helping people learn new skills and improve the business as a whole.
