Communicate in a way that engages. Why communication departments should spend time internally as well as externally. A CEO should be communicating at least 25% of the time – learn why. Why not to change as you rise to the top! – dont become more aloof! Get people to tell the right stories about you not the wrong ones! Why you have to communicate – even if you don’t feel like it! Ask the right questions about yourself and your communication style.
