In short, I am finding that my day is full, full of great opportunity and yet I find myself and see multiple others dragged into a different game. A game of rush, rush, rush, demand, demand, demand - I am not enjoying it very much anymore. What gives you the strength to find the simplicity underneath all of the business?

Well first things first is simply to open our eyes and NOTICE...... wHAT CAN YOU SEE....

As we see more, more all around us, we see more choices, we see great strengths we have not seen before
The next challenge is making sense of it all, this requires steeping away from the action and looking from a distance on the balcony, seeing patterns
We can also look within our own system andsee all our our purposes and values, what are the tracks of purposes and values heading
And somewhere through this complexity, simplicity may emerge
Right now I am seeing a lot..... what will emerge.... I don't know and I am intrigued....
